I couldn’t agree more! Not to mention the fact that the stream itself would almost certainly have been a violation of copyright and broadcast rights.

Give us troubadors, originals and even RL bands (genuine tribute bands too) inworld, but get rid of these criminal “posers” who are doing the music scene more harm than good.

PS: Some of the avatar likenesses are also infringements of the rights that everyone has in ownership of their own image. These kids better be careful as more reality comes inworld.

I went to a Guns & Roses “tribute” like that once. While it was fun because the audience was happy and excited, I had been hoping for actual singing.

Two questions:

1) Did they have a tipjar out?
2) Did they not have a license to use likeness/image?

If both answers are YES, then they get AR for Fraud.
