This fella is wearing the title, “Hopeless Romantic.”

I came across him as I was exploring just a short while ago. My question is, what makes him a hopeless romantic? Is it the fact that he’s walking around stark bollock naked with a hard on asking those he meets for sex? Or is it the love heart tattoo?

I wonder.
